What page size do I get?

A4 by default, with each image fitted inside the page and its proportions kept. You can pick US Letter or Legal instead, set portrait or landscape, and add a margin. Choosing "Match each image" makes every page exactly the size of its image, which is only worth doing if you specifically need it — a phone photo then produces a page several feet across.
